System Design:

Most organizations that attempt quality management system documentation themselves wind up drowning in documents because it is impossible to interpret the language in the ISO International Standards.  Inevitable, some says, “Lets just document everything we do and we’ll be safe.”  (That’s why I have seen documents like the, (Making Coffee Procedure).

Use of an”outside” auditor can help to ensure the objectivity needed for a truly effective internal audit system. A professional auditor can usually perform internal audits more thoroughly in less time and at less cost to the organization.

Gap Analysis Suditing:

Whether your organization is seeking certification or already registered, a gap-analysis audit is a valuable tool for identifying weaknesses or gaps within a quality management system. Since this is not an official audit the final report will include specific recommendations for system improvement.
